Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests in accordance with established standards
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments and manage cash transactions efficiently
- Assist with daily operational tasks including stocking supplies and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and company policies
