As a Daily Worker Waiter, you will be the face of our dining operations, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional table service according to resort standards.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Assist in preparing dining areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell promotional items to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with prior experience in hospitality (F&B service).
- Residing in the Kuta Selatan area is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and reliable team player.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around during the shift.
