- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at Casa Luna Restaurant.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations with confidence.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests' needs are met and clear dishes as appropriate.
- Prepare and set tables, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a waiter/server role, preferably in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
