Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional attitude upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately record and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff using the POS system.
- Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages to guest tables while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak dining hours.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as directed by the floor supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening hours.
- Excellent stamina to work effectively in a high-traffic environment.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
