Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables promptly.
  • Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage offerings, and provide detailed recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process guest payments accurately and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth floor operations during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A positive, professional, and friendly personality with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Well-groomed appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to venue-specific service standards.
