Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables promptly.
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage offerings, and provide detailed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process guest payments accurately and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth floor operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- A positive, professional, and friendly personality with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Well-groomed appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined.
