Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a pleasant arrival experience.
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage preparation.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Perform regular table maintenance, including clearing plates and replenishing drinks to ensure guest comfort.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas according to restaurant standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a restaurant or resort is a strong advantage.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- A proactive team player with the ability to handle pressure in a busy environment.
