Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
- Take and transmit accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to established presentation standards.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to resolve any guest concerns.
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
