As a Daily Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of our restaurant. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating according to restaurant flow.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed information regarding ingredients and food preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them promptly using our POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen and bar to the guest tables.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, refilling drinks and clearing tables as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact politely with guests.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform well under pressure during busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus to assist international guests in Ubud.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
