Bambu Fitness Bali is looking for a dedicated Daily Worker Waiter / Waitress for a 3-month contract to provide exceptional service to our vibrant community of fitness enthusiasts and international guests.
In this role, you will be the face of our dining area, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, friendly, and efficient experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Provide detailed recommendations on food and beverage menus, specifically catering to health-conscious diners.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
- Process payments and handle POS systems accurately.
- Resolve any guest concerns or feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and gym staff to ensure a seamless flow of service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar service role.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (conversational level).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and energetic personality.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month contract period.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- A proactive team player who can work effectively under pressure.
