Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas throughout the shift.
- Process payments using the POS system accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Provide recommendations on our menu items, including daily specials and promotional drinks.
- Ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience by addressing requests quickly.
- Collaborate effectively with bar staff and kitchen team members to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sports bar environment.
- Possess a positive, 'can-do' attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to service.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of guest service.
