- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve drinks and meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Upsell products and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and bills.
- Enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude.
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
