Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
