- Greet and welcome all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
