- Complete intensive Sales & Marketing training modules covering banking products and services
- Develop client acquisition strategies and relationship-building techniques
- Assist senior Relationship Managers in client meetings and service delivery

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree from any university (Business, Economics, or Marketing preferred)
- Maximum 1 year of work experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong interest in Sales & Marketing and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
