- Develop comprehensive lesson plans covering grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Create an immersive learning environment that encourages students to practice speaking Danish confidently.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Incorporate cultural elements, current events, and media into lessons to provide a holistic language experience.
- Maintain organized records of student attendance, progress reports, and curriculum materials.
- Stay updated with modern pedagogical techniques and language teaching resources.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding study strategies and language immersion tips.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C1/C2 level).
- Previous experience in language teaching or tutoring is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English to facilitate clear communication with students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learning speeds and preferences.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized in time management.
- Degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Passion for cross-cultural exchange and education.
