Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic oversight of data administration functions within the Data Management and Systems Operations (DSO) department to ensure robust data security and quality.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality assurance checks to identify inconsistencies, errors, or vulnerabilities in the data ecosystem.
- Manage access controls and authentication protocols to safeguard sensitive information against unauthorized access or cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, optimize data pipelines, and support complex reporting needs.
- Oversee the maintenance and performance tuning of database systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Train and mentor junior data staff on best practices for data handling, compliance, and security awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in data administration, data governance, or systems operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data security protocols, privacy laws (such as GDPR or local data protection regulations), and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data quality assurance processes and corrective action plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively translate complex technical data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
