Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate data solutions into our systems and workflows.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytical projects and databases.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and big data technologies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, data science, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data manipulation libraries.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical data into business-friendly insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
