Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations
- Create accurate and comprehensive reports that provide insights into key performance indicators
- Support warehouse operations through data-driven recommendations and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to monitor operational efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Continuously improve data analysis methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting
- Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management is a plus
