Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large datasets to identify emerging consumer trends and purchasing patterns.
- Manage and audit inventory data to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for management oversight.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to align inventory levels with forecasted customer demand.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Prepare regular analytical reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Clean and validate data sources to ensure high integrity for business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Experience with inventory management software (ERP/WMS) is a distinct advantage.
