Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust inventory management systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to identify emerging customer desires and market trends.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visualization reports to present findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-backed insights into business strategy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational health.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Proactively identify new data sources and improve existing data collection methods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst role or similar analytical position.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in inventory management systems or retail analytics is highly preferred.
