- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to understand business requirements and define key metrics.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy by performing regular data cleansing and validation procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development of statistical models and forecasting tools to predict market trends.
- Streamline data collection processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
