Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business operations.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to troubleshoot performance issues and propose data-backed optimizations.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data collection and database management.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support urgent business requests and project-based requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis packages (e.g., Python/Pandas, R).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
