- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Develop and implement statistical models and data mining techniques to optimize processes and solve business problems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct root-cause analysis on performance variances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data processing.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights clearly.
