Tanggung Jawab
- Tabulate and analyze service operation reports to objectively present operational results.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy.
- Develop standard operating procedures for data reporting and documentation.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in service data to support decision-making.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and data needs.
- Maintain and update existing data models and spreadsheets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic programming concepts is a plus.
