We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the dynamic team at Ambition Recruitment in Kuala Lumpur. This Contract/Temporary position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Databricks and Power BI to drive executive decision-making and business strategy.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing KPIs, conducting deep-dives into Southeast Asian markets (SEAA), and maintaining high-performance dashboards. Whether you are a Senior lead steering complex data projects or a Junior professional handling data preparation, your analytical precision will directly impact organizational success. You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks to track business performance and drive strategic decisions.
- Utilize Databricks and Power BI to build and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports.
- Perform deep-dives into Southeast Asian market data (SEAA) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support data preparation and cleaning processes to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Assist in SQL and Excel-based data analysis tasks for various business units.
- Collaborate with management to translate complex data findings into clear, visual executive summaries.
- Ensure all dashboards are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or Databricks for data visualization.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a contract/temporary role.
