Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify key business questions and translate them into analytical tasks.
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform quantitative analysis, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics, to uncover hidden patterns.
- Draft high-impact presentations and reports to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of automated data solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to formulate data-backed strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or management consulting environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques and their application in business settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven team environment.
