As a Data Analyst at Sacha-Inchi Pte Ltd, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and interpret data from various sources to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest data-driven process improvements.
- Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal databases.
- Collaborate with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data structures and reporting methodologies.
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests and provide deep-dive insights for special projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to effectively present data findings.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or supply chain sector is a significant advantage.
