Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Translate complex data findings into comprehensive reports and visual presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all company databases.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Proactively suggest improvements to data collection processes and reporting methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database management concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
