Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external telecom systems.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Monitor data integrity and implement quality control measures across all reporting tools.
- Provide ad-hoc data extraction and analysis support to various departments as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and database management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
