Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sales and operational sources to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks in sales operations.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management to support informed business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data gathering processes and improve data integrity.
- Monitor sales team performance against targets and provide actionable feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of regular business reviews and internal performance presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or sales operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
