Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, or R
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to inform strategic business decisions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and data modeling
- Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
