Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Analyze trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify data requirements for new feature implementations.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to evaluate the success of marketing and product initiatives.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical presentations for senior management.
- Maintain documentation of data pipelines and analytical methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
