New York Buffalo Brad's Hot Wings is looking for a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our restaurant operations, financial reporting, and sales strategies by transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence.
As our Data Analyst, you will collaborate with management to monitor key performance indicators, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive growth across our locations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for trends in the retail and food industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from point-of-sale systems and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant performance.
- Perform variance analysis on food costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels to improve profitability.
- Generate comprehensive reports for senior management regarding sales trends and customer behavior.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-backed solutions to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast demand and optimize supply chain purchasing.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial and operational reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or financial planning.
- Strong background in the restaurant, retail, or food service industry preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially regarding financial records.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
