- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data analysis workflows
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity through quality control and validation protocols
- Support strategic initiatives by providing predictive modeling support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with statistical analysis methods (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data to stakeholders
