Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Perform statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to support decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Monitor KPIs and deliver performance insights to leadership teams
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Analyst or similar analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data modeling techniques
- Experience with ETL processes and database management systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
