- Collect, clean, and organize large-scale financial and operational datasets from multiple sources
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems and interactive dashboards using BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis projects to support business decision-making and strategy development
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in R, Python, or SAS
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
