Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with initiative leaders to define data requirements and extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and databases.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Support the execution of revenue strategies by providing timely and relevant data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
