- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for analytics projects
- Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and validation protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with data extraction from relational and non-relational databases
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Knowledge of Python/R for advanced data manipulation
- Attention to detail with ability to work independently and collaboratively
