Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Develop automated reporting systems for key performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements
- Present insights through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Support data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to data strategy and continuous improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
