- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for Aftersales operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support financial performance evaluation
- Ensure data integrity by validating data sources and implementing quality control measures
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Support operational effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in Aftersales or business operations
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying and data manipulation
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
