Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that influence business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support forecasting and risk management initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes to increase data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, impactful storytelling.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards regarding data security and governance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Expertise in SQL for complex query writing and database management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
