Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools using BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business progress.
- Design and implement statistical models to forecast future business trends and performance.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management through clear, professional presentations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain high standards of data security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
