- Analyze complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Manage and optimize inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collect and interpret customer feedback to identify product trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies for sales and marketing.
- Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, inventory management, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
