In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our data-driven decision-making processes, identifying operational trends, and providing insights that directly impact our business performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to clean, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring that stakeholders have a clear understanding of the information behind our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest data-backed improvements.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on specific datasets to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to define metrics and reporting requirements that align with organizational goals.
- Document data definitions, workflows, and analysis methodologies for organizational knowledge sharing.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through clear, compelling visual storytelling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business advice.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
