Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for internal use.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in business datasets.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity, quality, and pipeline efficiency.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with database management systems.
- Strong visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to business leadership.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
