Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic data dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify key business trends.
- Prepare recurring performance reports for management using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics that drive departmental goals.
- Identify data anomalies and implement processes to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Create clear and concise documentation for reporting processes and dashboard usage.
- Automate manual reporting tasks to improve team productivity and data turnaround time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros) and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
