- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to client activities, account performance, and operational efficiency to identify key trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to monitor client enablement initiatives and account health metrics.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing teams, sales, and account managers to understand their evolving data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner, influencing business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various reporting systems and databases within a regulated environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices within the team.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects related to client and account enablement, adapting to evolving business priorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry or a client-centric environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various relational databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy, quality, and governance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
