Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and zero data loss.
- Perform comprehensive data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy across legacy and target systems.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Identify and resolve data quality issues or inconsistencies before, during, and after the migration process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
- Generate detailed documentation for migration processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor database performance post-migration to ensure optimal system integrity and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in data migration, ETL processes, or data warehousing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Advanced knowledge of data manipulation tools and scripting languages (Python or PowerShell preferred).
- Excellent understanding of data governance, security, and quality control best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs.
