Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines (ETL/ELT) to consolidate data from diverse source systems.
- Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key business metrics.
- Perform comprehensive data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure timely updates and system stability.
- Document data processes, technical workflows, and reporting logic to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions and business initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, or Python-based pipelines) and cloud data platforms.
- Expertise in BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) with a focus on UX/UI for reporting.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, star schemas, and data warehouse architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities within a fast-paced contract environment.
