Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior to uncover actionable insights for the product team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and data reporting needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure reporting accuracy across the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data analytics and advocate for best practices within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with Python or R is a significant advantage.
- Strong background in data visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
