Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) financial data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement automated reporting solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on financial datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting modules and databases.
- Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications for dashboard development.
- Standardize data collection methodologies to support compliance and accounting standards.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc reporting and predictive financial modeling projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a financial systems role.
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting concepts and reporting cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail.
